Process
USER-FRIENDLY WEBSITE SETUP
BEAUTIFUL, PROFESSIONAL AND FUNCTIONAL
Creating a website doesn’t have to be overwhelming or painful. Truthfully, we want to make this process as easy as possible because as a business owner, you don’t want to take too much of your time away from serving your clients, and marketing your business. Our website service has been created with you in mind.
We offer three different packages catering to your budget and needs, and our process slightly changes for each package, however, in the big picture, there are three main steps – select your package and theme, software installation, and website customisation.
In other words, we do all the technical, sometimes messy setup, and you get to do the creative and fun aspect of bringing your site to life. You won’t need to worry about learning the technical know how, nor will you waste time (and ultimately money) trying to figure out how to do everything on your own.
We provide you with cheat sheets, instructional videos and 30 days technical support.

Step 1: Select Your Package and Theme
The first step is to review our WordPress website packages, and then our pre-designed themes.
We recommend to ignore the colours and focus on the layout of the design themes. Select the layout that most resonates with you and would suit your business. Our pre-designed themes are search engine friendly, mobile responsive, and have been designed with a small service-based business in mind.
Once you’re clear on your package and design, contact us to get started.
Step 2: Software Installation
Once we’ve agreed on the details, and you’ve paid a 50% deposit, the next step is to install all the relevant software.
We will send you an email asking for additional information about your domain and hosting providers. If you don’t have hosting, don’t stress! We offer a hosting package that includes the first 6 months free. We also hold your hand through the process so you’re not trying to work out everything yourself.

Step 3: Design and Content
This is the exciting part! The last step is to customise your font and colours, and depending on your package, upload your content and images.
We’ll need your logo, brand colours and style guide. If you’ve chosen the Pro or Custom packages, we’ll provide guidance around what content and images are needed. Upon completion we hand over the site, along with access to user cheat sheets and videos.
